Advanced Fire Prevention OxyReduct® in Action

Preferred Freezer, Inc. (Washington, US)
A leader in refrigerated warehousing, Preferred Freezer is building the largest single cold storage facility in North America – and the first in the US to feature an oxygen reduction system. Lead contractor Victory Unlimited installed WAGNER’s OxyReduct® to ensure proactive fire prevention throughout the 455,000 square foot facility.

KLM (Rheine, Germany)
The largest fully automated high-bay cold storage warehouse in Germany processes as many as 5,000 pallets of frozen food and ice cream per day. Not only does KLM have total peace of mind with proactive fire prevention from WAGNER, the company is seeing increased energy savings and reduced operation costs thanks to the WAGNER systems in place.

Dr. Oetker (Ontario, Canada)
After working with WAGNER on two other projects, Dr. Oetker knew it could trust no one else for its next endeavor – an automated high-bay storage facility with more than 600,000 square feet of space to store the company’s popular dessert products and frozen goods.

The Hayat Group (Izmet, Turkey)
After experiencing a major warehouse fire in the early 2000s, Hayat knew it needed more than a traditional solution - and turned to WAGNER for help. The turkish market leader for household cleaning, baby care, feminine hygiene, and body care products runs a high-rack storage facility that features over 165,000 pallet slots, many of which store highly flammable items. Rather than installing a traditional sprinkler system, which would be costly, reduce storage space, and still run the risk of irreparable damage in the event of a fire. Hayat deployed OxyReduct® to ensure complete fire prevention.
